The entry list for the Spa 24hr has been released, so you know what that means it's time to pick your dream team....

Just to refresh your minds, you'll need to choose the following;

2x Pro Drivers
2x Pro-Am Drivers (Regardless of driver ranking)
2x Gentleman Drivers
1x Team (will score points in class entered, highest places car scores)
1x Manufacturer (will score for overall only)

If we can get enough interest, I would like to roll out a full season league for WEC and Blanpain Sprint/Endurance series next year. I've also received a very kind offer technical help which would really take this to the next level if we can get the interest.

Mclaren could be missing a trick.

The all new Mclaren MP4-12C GT3 race car has been competing at a high standard in the development year for the car. Making a great showing for itself in the Spa 24hr and appearances in the British GT championship, ready for it's 2012 appearance in the Blancpain Endurance Series with customer teams.

However I think Mclaren are missing a trick. Why don't they run a full works program, their knowledge of racing and technical ability within the Mclaren group are unrelieved. Even if this was just a one-off for the Le Mans 24hr. Surely they could use more of there resources to, seeing as the 24hr race and the F1 calendar do not clash in 2012 an appearance by Lewis,Jenson, Paffet or De La Rosa would really add weight. This will create huge interest for the Woking based squad and would be covered closely worldwide.

I don't want to take anything away from the customer squads who will be running the car from 2012 but I just can't help but feel a works entrance would be amazing, further adding to the spectacle of the 24hrs of Le Mans.

If I ever manage to come across Ron Dennis at any point I would love to but this to him.

Most Iconic Livery in motorsport, YOUR HELP NEEDED!

I'm in the hunt for the most iconic livery in motorsport.

I will be taking anything into consideration as long as the livery raced it counts, so anything from the motorbike world, F1, NASCAR, touring cars, WRC and anything else I have missed.

It must be iconic or absolutely beautiful and must have raced in some form, I need your help to nominate your favourite via twitter to @jimmyb_84 or leave a comment on this post (hopefully I'll sort email too). From all your nominations I will create a short-list from most nominated and leave the final decision to you guys via a poll. I you can provide a picture, it would help but it's not a condition to nominate.

I will give you a week to send them in! Please retweet this blog so we can get a comprehensive list!
